Indigo Futura Five, abstract mixed media painting by Carol Engles
17x23 watercolor with pastel, oil pastel, water soluble crayon and ink on paper. This really is a mixed media piece don't you think? I have no idea where these come from! Possibly from space cartoons I watched as a kid!
Thanks Sharmon! These are fun for me to do. And you're right! I think of Frank Lloyd Wright style buildings along with modern ones in the hills when I do these. I would love to visit Cincinnati and meet you. My friend lives in Louisville and we have visited her a couple times and my husband's cousin lives in Cincinnati, so we would could all get together!
