Hi! Welcome to my blog. I am a mixed media artist who lives in Murrieta, California. I work in acrylics, watercolor, pastel, charcoal and other water and drawing media. 10x14 acrylic with pastel on paper. I really had fun with these colors. Believe it or not I was thinking of ice cream colors with this! I love the taupe/brown with the pink and aqua. I want to do some more paintings with these colors!

Love the ice cream colors. Looks like a large dark insect with wings...perhaps gliding in for a taste...Thank you for your comment on my 'Red Rose' painting.

Thanks for your comments! I am going to try do some more with "ice cream" themes! After all, summer is ice cream season. Maybe some abstract cones??
