Portland Winterscape Four, abstract pastel painting by Carol Engles

8 x 11 pastel and watercolor on paper. The fourth in my series  "Portland Winterscapes". I think I will do a spring Portland series, too. This one was done on rougher surfaced paper than the other three, and so the pastel looks " bumpier". Hope you like it!

  6. Thanks Theresa! I am glad you like the composition. Even in abstract, composition is important, don't you think?
