Venetian Flowers One, abstract painting by Carol Engles
17 x 23 acrylic on paper. This is a different approach for me. I painted this with my fingers! Yes! It is a finger painting. Tell me what you think!
Thanks Milly and Cindy! I like these colors, too. I used my fingers, because I was goofing around and before I knew it I was doing this painting! I also did another one. The truth is that I really don't like to use brushes. I would rather draw with charcoal, ink and pastel. So, maybe finger painting is the thing for me! Crazy! But, I like the way this one and the other one turned out, so stay tuned!
Thank you Nancy! I actually used fingers from both hands! I am left handed and I thought I would "paint" with my right hand, too. I think my right hand was happy to contribute. HA!
Fantastic Carol! I love the colors!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun....great colors; what made you try the fingers??
