8 x 11 watercolor and pastel on paper. We have ridden our horses through this canyon. I don't know if you would call it Vail Lake Canyon, but it is definitely a canyon. We ride from the wine country area of the Temecula Valley, through this canyon to the lake. It is beautiful and surprisingly dramatic. I did this painting on a rougher textured watercolor paper and because of the texture, the painting has a "pebbly"look. Hope you like it!
