15x19 acrylic with mixed media on paper. I had a hard time naming this one! That's the probem with abstracts. Sometimes you have no idea what they are! HA! I am really happy with how rich the colors are in this. I am definitely going to do some more with these colors. I also added circles. I don't usually have a lot of circles or spheres in my work. But, I think they add a festive or party feel, so I think I will incorporate them more often.
I LOVE this painting! The colors, the energy, the shapes, textures, and the composition are exquisite. I'm glad you will be doing more with these colors. Can't wait to see them.
ReplyDeleteThanks Theresa! Your comments are so kind. I worked very hard on this piece. I layered and then removed paint to create more texture. I also had fun using circles. Hopefully, the next one will turn out well!
