Canyon Rocks One

5x7 mixed media on paper. I am doing a series that I call "Canyon Rocks". Of course, they are abstract, so they could be anything! I have had this idea in my head for awhile and I am having so much fun doing these with the streaks and intersections, if you will, of colors and shapes. For some weird reason, I don't want to do anything with too much roundness or circles. So, this style suits me best right now! Hope you like it. I will be doing a lot more of these and some larger ones as well.

    Thanks DJ! I have no idea where these come from - except I like to look at rocks, which we have a lot of in Southern California.
