Galloping Stallion Four

15 x 19 charcoal and pastel on paper. I have done several views of this galloping stallion in different styles and colors. This one has mauve, violet and a little peach and grey green. I don't know how I came up with these colors - but I did! That's one of the reasons I love abstracts. You can come up with so many ideas and color combinations. Most horses won't have green on them. HA! Seriously, this ended up being a powerful piece. I also wanted to give the horse intensity in his eyes and I think that comes across as well.
