Brown Vase with Apples

This is a 16x22 mixed media painting on paper. I did this in a folk like style as well as a modern look, does that make sense?  Anyway, I hope you like it! I hope to do more florals in 2009. 

Yellow Tulips

This is a 5x7 acrylic on paper. I thought I should do a floral piece! I think this one is kind of wild looking! I did this very loosely and quickly. I hope you like it! It's good for me to try a different look or style every now and then. 

Blue & Green Five

This is either a seascape or a landscape! What do you think? I wanted to do a piece with the complimentary colors of blue and green - as a break from winter color! 5x7 

Orange & Turquoise

Watercolor with pastel on paper. 5x7. I thought it was important to do some work with bright colors for the month of January as well as use the colors of winter. I hope soon to do pieces with aqua, grey, burnt sienna and black - so stay tuned!

Red Flowered Field

10x14 watercolor with pastel on paper.  I enjoy doing these landscapes with lots of line and of course color!  I do these out of my head after something inspires me. I get lost sometimes in these "imaginary landscapes"! Hope you like it!
